Life skills coaching is present and future-focused and is always client-centered. In other words, you’ll lead the way. I’ll use listening, empathy and powerful questions to help you find the wisdom within and to empower yourself to become the version of you that you’ve always wanted. 

Although coaching is not therapy and it can be therapeutic. We don’t spend time healing trauma from the past however we do seek to understand how it may be impacting the present and keeping you stuck and preventing you from achieving goals and attracting the life you desire.

Life skills are particular skills that can be used to promote a more balanced, self-responsible and self-empowered lifestyle. Improving your life skills can lead to less getting stuck in the fear of failure and more leaning into growth, embracing failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.
